BROOKE MARSTON

Brooke is Democracy House’s Senior Communications Manager. She is (so far) a lifelong New Englander, and earned her bachelor’s in Communication from the University of New Hampshire. During her time at UNH, she became interested in media studies, philosophy, and sociology - particularly, in the intersections between tech, politics, and social inequality. At Democracy House, this shows up in her drive to ensure that the organization’s programs and initiatives are widely accessible and adaptable in a constantly changing information environment. She also utilizes her visual design and multimedia production background to help further Democracy House’s mission, and especially enjoys collaborating with the team on creative projects. Outside of work, she loves to create - art, DIY projects, food, music, or just about anything else worth trying at least once. Someday, she hopes to have visited all 30 MLB ballparks.
